Our group strength classes help you build a foundation of mobility and total body strength using free weights and bodyweight. Mat Pilates aids balance, flexibility and strength with Vinyasa Yoga adding strength, variety and mindful movement to your weekly training plan.

Breath, Sound and Meditation

Breath, sound and meditation complement your movement practice through aiding relaxation and recovery. These practices explore different breath techniques to energise or promote relaxation; promote deep relaxation and emotional balance with immersive sound bath experiences; and centre you with Innerglow Meditation classes to refresh and find calm.
